MYRIAD PLUG-IN END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) 1. PRODUCT : The product is freeware, and provided on an "as is" basis. The user installs the product at his own risks and is informed Myriad cannot be considered as responsible for any security breach or malfunction of the browser in which the product has been installed. All music pieces are published under the user's own responsibility. When making a music piece available on his web pages, the user has to ensure he does own all the required rights. In no case, Myriad can be considered as responsible for any violation of copyright laws. Using this product for selling, reselling scores or more generally for any for-profit activity is strictly forbidden without a prior written authorization from Myriad. 2. DISCLAIMER : MYRIAD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONTINGENT DAMAGES RESULTING FROM POSSESSION, USE OR MALFUNCTION OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY) OR OTHER THEORIES OF LAW, WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY MYRIAD, OR ANY UNDERTAKINGS, ACTS OR OMISSIONS RELATING THERETO. Myriad products comply with French law. In case of use outside French territory, the user is responsible for ensuring that Myriad products do not infringe any local law. 3. DISTRIBUTION : Non-profit distribution of the product is acceptable without prior written notice, providing that the software is not modified in any way, and is distributed in its entirety (this includes the application and its data files).
