Conversion Dynamics End User License Agreement Computer Software: MyQuotes Premium for Outlook License Agreement IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Implied Agreement Any and all software programs, instruction materials, documentation and any other materials accompanying this license agreement shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as “the software”. By the act of receiving, installing and using the software, you are confirming agreement to comply with all conditions and provisions of this license in its entirety, as described herein. Intellectual Property and Copyright Conversion Dynamics, a U.S. company which originated and produced the software and which holds sole copyright to the software, shall hereinafter be referred to as “the author”. The software is licensed for use in binary compiled form only. No source code, development process or other form of intellectual property shall be distributed or included under this license. The source code for the software shall remain the sole property of the author. Reverse-engineering or decompiling the software in any way is expressly forbidden by the author. Merchantability All elements of the software as described herein above are provided "as is" with no warranty or implied merchantability. No fitness for any particular purpose is expressed or implied by this license and your use of the software shall be solely at your own risk. Unlimited, Single-Use License This is a lifetime, unlimited use license that allows the purchaser to install and use a single copy of the software on one machine only. If you wish to use the software on more than one machine, you must purchase a separate license at the current retail price for each machine on which you wish to use the software. Backup copy The purchaser may keep one copy of the software distribution archive on a separate machine or any form of storage medium for backup protection in case the computer system upon which the software is used should fail. Moving your license to a new machine If your computer system fails, or for whatever reason you wish to move the software to a different computer, you must contact the author to request a new activation code. The author will generate a new activation code for the new machine and the old one will then be expired. If you wish to use the software on more than one machine, you must pay for a separate license for each machine on which you wish to use the software. Sharing or Redistribution Prohibited You may not re-distribute the software to others in any way. Redistributing the software, whether in all or in part, any form of sharing the software with others or running a single-licensed copy of the software on multiple machines is expressly forbidden under any circumstances.
