This software and any of its supporting documentation are herein after referred to as the product. By installing or using the product, you indicate your complete and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement promptly remove the product from your computer. The authors reserves the right, at their discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time, effective immediately upon notice published on https://www.wideanglesoftware.com/musictag/. Your continued use of the product constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms and conditions, including any changes or modifications made by the authors as permitted above. If at any time the terms and conditions of this Agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease all use of the product. 2. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY THIS PRODUCT MAY BE USED FOR LAWFULL PURPOSES ONLY. 3. Following clearance of payment you become a registered owner of this product. By registering this program you declare the product to be fit for your purposes. 6.A REFUND POLICY. A refund is available for the product providing the request for a refund is received by the authors within 30 days of having placed an order for the product. The authors retain the right to withhold a refund at their discretion. Having received a refund, you must uninstall the product from your computer. You also agree not to reinstall the product without placing another order for the product. 7. PRIVACY If you register the demo version of this product your e-mail address may be kept by the authors. This e-mail address will be used to inform you of important updates to the product. Your e-mail address will not be passed onto any third parties or be used by the authors for any other purpose than to communicate with you concerning the product. You may request to be removed from this mailing list at any time by contacting the authors at [email protected] 8. REGISTRATION KEY MONITOR The authors reserve the right to monitor registration key usage within the product. Registration keys may be blocked at the authors discretion if the authors consider that the registration key has been used in breech in terms of this agreement. Blocked registration keys will no longer be able to be used to register installations of Music Tag.
