This is an agreement between you, the end-user ("USER"), and Zlatko Matić ("AUTHOR"), the publisher of the software Monitoringz ("SOFTWARE"). By installing and/or using this software you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. This LICENSE AGREEMENT("LICENSE") may be revoked by AUTHOR at any time without notice if the USER fails to comply with the terms of this LICENSE. The copyright and all other rights in the software shall remain with AUTHOR. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, THE SOFTWARE MUST BE REMOVED, INCLUDING ANY INSTALLATION FILES AND ARCHIVAL FILES. MONITORINGZ Monitoringz is a multiuser server-client application designed for input, storage and processing of sampling results of microbiological cleanliness and number of airborne particles in clean production areas, usually called “environmental monitoring”. The program consists of two parts: database back-end in PostgreSQL server("BACK-END") and client front-end interface in MS Access ("FRONT-END"). TRIAL VERSION The trial version of this SOFTWARE may be used for evaluation purposes at the user's own risk for a period of 30 days from the date of installation. At the end of the trial period, the USER must either purchase a license to continue using the software, or remove it from his/her system. The trial version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. Anyone can distribute trial version of the SOFTWARE on any Cover Disk or CD-ROM without any permission. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the SOFTWARE without written permission from the AUTHOR. LICENSED VERSION On payment of the appropriate license fee, the USER is granted a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE on one computer (i.e. a single motherboard), for any legal purpose, at a time. The license regards to both BACK-END and FRONT-END. The USER can install the BACK-END database either locally (on the same computer where the FRONT-END is installed) either on a remote computer (a server). The registered software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT By downloading and/or installing this SOFTWARE, the USER agrees to the terms of this LICENSE. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY THE SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
