Unless you have a different license agreement signed by TPA Software, your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty. This is the Evaluation version of Messenger Plus for AIM. You have 15 days to use and evaluate this program to determine its usefulness to you. Messenger Plus for AIM will not run after the 15 day evaluation period has expired. The number of days passed in the evaluation period will be indicated in the progress bar below each time Messenger Plus for AIM is started. Register your copy of Messenger Plus for AIM to remove this nag screen and *all* of the built in limitations. Please view the Messenger Plus for AIM READ ME file or the Help file for more information about registration. The concept of shareware is ""try before you buy"" and is dependent upon your support! GRANT OF LICENSE: This License Agreement grants you the following rights: DISCLAIMER: Messenger Plus for AIM is distributed and licensed "as is". No warranties or guarantees of any kind are promised by TPA Software as to its performance, reliability or suitability to any given task. In no event shall TPA Software be liable for any damages that may arise from its use. Neither the author, nor his representatives, agents, partners or other related parties shall be held liable for damages of any type, financial or otherwise. DISTRIBUTION: Messenger Plus for AIM may not be distributed or sold without prior written consent from TPA Software. REGISTRATION: You may register Messenger Plus for AIM with either your credit card, a money order, a check or cash. There is a 1-5 day wait for all credit card transactions. A $1.00 service charge is added to the total price of all credit card registrations to cover the related processing fees. There is a 10-15 day wait on all personal checks. If you register Messenger Plus for AIM with a personal check, a registration number will not be issued until the personal check has cleared the bank. All registrations with money orders and cash are sent the same day they are received. RETURN CHECK/CHARGEBACK POLICY: All returned checks are subject to a fee of $30.00 plus the original amount of the check. All chargebacks from credit card companies over disputed charges for the registration fee of our products are subject to a $50.00 fee plus the cost of the original charge. All returned checks/chargebacks may also be turned over to collection agencies for reconciliation. TPA Software reserves the right to charge $1.00 late fee for each month returned checks and chargebacks are not reconciled. In the event that returned checks and chargeback debts are not reconciled in a timely manner, TPA Software can and will suspend registration numbers and technical support until such time as bad debts are reconciled. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION NUMBERS: Registrations numbers are nontransferable between AOL accounts and other programs offered by TPA Software. In the events of a canceled or terminated AOL account, TPA Software will reissue a new registration number for a new account one time only after confirmation that the first account has been closed or terminated. In the event a second AOL account is canceled or terminated, re-registration of the program will be necessary. Users who need registration numbers for more than one ACTIVE AOL account must pay for and get a registration number for each separate AOL account. This includes "spin off" accounts using AOLs "Create a New Account for a Screen Name" feature. REFUNDS: Please be aware that once a registration number has been issued, there is no way for TPA Software to recall or rescind a registration number. Once a registration number has been issued, there is no way for TPA Software to be guaranteed that Messenger Plus for AIM has been uninstalled and is no longer being used. The whole concept of shareware is that the program may be evaluated FREE for an extended period of time. This is to ensure that the program is working to satisfaction BEFORE payment is submitted for the program. LIMITATIONS ON REVERSE ENGINEERING, DECOMPILATION AND DISASSEMBLY: You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble Messenger Plus for AIM, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. TERMINATION: Without prejudice and other rights, TPA Software may terminate this License Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of the License Agreement. In such an event, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of Messenger Plus for AIM. MODIFICATION: TPA Software reserves the right to change this License Agreement at any time without warning.
