By selecting the "I agree with..." checkbox, you are confirming your acceptance of the software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not wish to do so, press the "Exit" button and do not install the software. 1. LICENSE Max-Bid-Timer is distributed "AS IS". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied, Including, but not limmited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fittness for a particular purpose. You use this software entirely at your own risk. The author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while downloading, installing, using or misusing this software or any of its component parts. 2.
