END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. NOTICE TO USERS: Use of Math Resource Studio constitutes your acceptance of the following terms. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install and/or use this software. Your use of this software is conditioned upon compliance by you with the terms of this agreement. For the purposes of this license agreement, "SOFTWARE" means the program Math Resource Studio 4 and includes the Lite and Evaluation editions, "YOU" means the company, entity, or individual installing or using the SOFTWARE, "USE" means storing, loading, installing, executing, or displaying the SOFTWARE. Math Resource Studio is NOT in the Public Domain. Schoolhouse Technologies Inc. retains ownership and copyright and exclusively reserves all rights to the SOFTWARE. Schoolhouse Technologies Inc. asserts its right to be recognized as the author and owner of Math Resource Studio. EVALUATION AGREEMENT: A free evaluation edition of Math Resource Studio is available. The evaluation edition of the program is fully functional with one limitation: all exercise sets print with banners except for Quick Facts, Match-Ups, Table Drill Addition, Table Drill Multiplication, and Counting Table. Once you purchase the program, you will receive the regular edition of the program with the printed banners removed. LITE AGREEMENT: A free Lite edition of Math Resource Studio is available. The Lite edition of the program has all of the functionality of the regular program, but only a few exercise sets are available: Quick Facts, Match-Ups, Table Drill Addition, Table Drill Multiplication, and Counting Table. In order to have access to all of the exercise sets, the regular edition of Math Resource Studio must be purchased. LICENSE GRANT: Schoolhouse Technologies Inc. grants you a license to use one copy of the SOFTWARE on a single computer for use by a single individual unless a site license has been purchased in which case the SOFTWARE may be used by multiple individuals on multiple computers within a single institution at a single physical location. This license is not transferable to any other hardware product or other company, entity, or individual. PUBLISHING LICENSE: The materials produced with this SOFTWARE may be freely reproduced for educational purposes within the limits of the LICENSE GRANT, but may not be reproduced, bound, compiled, or in any other way offered for resale or distribution for financial gain, whether in printed or digital form, unless a publishing license has been purchased in which case the SOFTWARE may be used by a single company or educational institution to reproduce, bind, and compile materials for resale or distribution.
