When the software is registered, a key-code will be provided, which enables access to the registered DLL's. This key-code may NOT be distributed or made known. The SOFTWARE is owned by MarshallSoft Computing, Inc. and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treating provisions. This SOFTWARE is being licensed and not sold. This SOFTWARE is provided 'as-is'. MarshallSoft Computing makes no warranty, expressed or implied, with regard to the software. All implied warranties, including the warranties of the merchantability and fitness for a particular use are hereby excluded.
