DEFINITION OF "SOFTWARE" MarraLAB for Visual Studio, MarraLAB END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and BrekIT. "SOFTWARE" refers to that identified above including the installation software, related components, user documentation and associated online content. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE. 1. FREEWARE You have rights to use the SOFTWARE without charge. You may not sell the SOFTWARE or distribute modified copies of the SOFTWARE in any way.
