Support for Maintenance Parts Bin is offered by email, problems can only be resolved when a customer is willing to co-operate and give the proper details to troubleshoot the issue, if the customer is unco-operative there is not much anyone can do to help, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Nhuntsoftware cannot support third party software, such as operating systems, although Nhuntsoftware may make suggestions. It is recommended to contact support from the vendor of the third party software. Nhuntsoftware retains the right to refuse support for customers who are rude and persist on using foul language and are unco-operative in resolving an issue.
