SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR LOOPical This license agreement is between you, the end user, and KPIXGAMES (Kris Pixton, sole proprietor). The software licensed under this agreement is the computer game LOOPical ("THE SOFTWARE"), which consists of all data files, executables, legal notices, documentation, design and game play. By distributing, copying, executing, viewing, or otherwise using THE SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. THE SOFTWARE is owned by KPIXGAMES. KPIXGAMES reserves the exclusive copyright and all rights not expressly granted. LICENSE FOR THE DEMO VERSION You may install and use the demo version of THE SOFTWARE for evaluation purposes. At any time, you may choose to purchase a license for the registered version of THE SOFTWARE from KPIXGAMES or another authorized party. You may freely distribute the demo version of THE SOFTWARE to other users, provided that an unmodified and complete copy of THE SOFTWARE is supplied, and that you do not charge anything for it. Distributors may charge a fee for the cost of distribution. LICENSE FOR THE REGISTERED VERSION You may install and use the registered version of THE SOFTWARE on any computers you own, or any computers for which you are the primary user, provided that only one copy is in use at any one time. You may make a copy of the registered version as a backup, as KPIXGAMES can not guarantee the replacement of lost or damaged software.
