Registered/Commercial Version One registered copy of L-nix may be installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people. You may access the registered version of L-nix through a network, provided that you have obtained an appropriate seat license for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For example, if 10 different workstations will access L-nix on the network, you must have purchased a 10-seat L-nix license, regardless of whether the workstations use L-nix at different times or concurrently. A site license allows any number of machines in up to ten different sites to have the software installed and used by any number of people at the company the software was registered to. Disclaimer of Warranty CYBERMATRIX hereby disclaims all warranties relating to this software, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of mechantability or fitness for any particular purpose. CYBERMATRIX will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages due to loss of data or any other reason, even if CYBERMATRIX or an agent of CYBERMATRIX has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
