This is a software license agreement between Guardian Light Studios, and you as the user of the Kooshie Game Demo(s). By using this program you indicate that you accept all terms of this agreement. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE (a) Guardian Light Studios grants to you the right to use the Kooshie Game Demo(s) on a computer. 2. COPYRIGHT The Kooshie Game Demo (s) is protected by Canadian copyright laws and international treaty provisions. 3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS. You may not reverse engineer, recompile, or disassemble the Kooshie Game Demo(s). 4. TERM The Kooshie Game Demo(s) License Agreement is in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the program together with all copies and modifications in any form. 5. NO OTHER WARRANTIES Guardian Light Studios disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Kooshie Game Demo (s), the accompanying written materials, and any accompanying diskettes. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have others, which vary from state to state. 6. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES In no event shall Guardian Light Studios be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information , or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the product covered by this license, even if Guardian Light Studios has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. 7. GOVERNING LAW Kooshie Game Demo(s), License Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. 8. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES FOR YOUR DOCUMENTS Although best efforts were devoted to making this material useful, accurate and up-to-date, please be aware that state laws and procedures change and may be interpreted differently. Also, we have no control over whether you carefully follow our instructions or properly understand the information in the Kooshie Game Demo(s). Of necessity, therefore, Guardian Light Studios does not make any guarantees about the use to which the software is put, or the results of that use. 9.
