Terms of Use This Terms of Use is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and MOJO for one (1) license to use iChange.NET CMS. iChange.NET includes source codes, all enclosed files, and electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE"). By downloading the SOFTWARE PRODUCT you agree to the following Terms of Use: The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, and text incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by "MOJO Experience". A single license provides unlimited use of the SOFTWARE within a single website. Licenses are non-transferable. You may not resell the SOFTWARE. You may not distribute the SOFTWARE, in whole or in part in any sort of collection, such as distributing to a third party via CD, diskette, or letting others to download from websites. Although "MOJO Experience" has tested the SOFTWARE and reviewed the documentation, "MOJO Experience" makes no warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, with respect to the SOFTWARE, its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. As a result, the SOFTWARE is licensed AS-IS, and you are assuming the entire risk as to its quality and performance. "MOJO Experience" shall not be liable for any claim or right to recover damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the SOFTWARE or special, incidental, or consequential damages, or other similar claims, even if "MOJO Experience"s team has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages.
