End User License Agreement 1. This user license agreement (the AGREEMENT) is an agreement between you (individual or single entity) and Alhena Software development company, for Hexa Screensaver software (the SOFTWARE) that is accompanying this AGREEMENT. With installing, copying or any other usage of this SOFTWARE you agree to the terms of this AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to the terms of this AGREEMENT you are not allowed to use or copy this product. Further you are engaged to remove the SOFTWARE from your computer. 2. The LICENSED VERSION means an original fully working version of the SOFTWARE. The DEMO VERSION means an Original Demo Version of the SOFTWARE that has been built with some functionality limitations as compared with LICENSED VERSION. 3. You can freely distribute DEMO VERSION copies without making any changes in program code, data, license agreement, copyrights and documentation texts. You can make a copy of the LICENSED VERSION for archival purposes only. You can not distribute the LICENSED VERSION or any portion of it. 4. You can install and use an unlimited number of copies of the DEMO VERSION for trial period of 5 SOFTWARE working hours. After trial period had exprired you must either buy LICENSED VERSION or stop using this SOFTWARE. You can install and use one copy of the LICENSED VERSION on single computer at a time. You can not sublicense, rent or lease the SOFTWARE or any portion of it. You can not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the SOFTWARE or any portion of it. 5. The SOFTWARE is supplied "AS IS". Alhena Software disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk on using the SOFTWARE. 6. Alhena Software assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the SOFTWARE, even if Alhena Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refunding of the purchase price.
