Free version HDD Safeguard("SOFTWARE PRODUCT") may be freely distributed. You may install the free version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and use it as long as you wish, no registration required. Trial version HDD Safeguard("SOFTWARE PRODUCT") is not freeware. You may install the trial version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for evaluate, that is offered as 'try-before-you-buy' and during the evaluation you can try it freely only for a limited trial period in order to test and evaluate it before proceed with the purchase of the license(s). After evaluation you must buy the license key to continue use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or delete the SOFTWARE PRODUCT from your storage device. You can give a copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to anyone providing that no additional fee is charged and the package files are not modified in any way. Registered version The license is valid for only one storage device that includes the right to receive any future updates of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and expires after one year. You may not distribute, transfer your license key, resell, rent, lease, or lend the registered version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (even if your storage device was lost, stolen or broken).
