Read the following terms and conditions before using this software. If you do not agree to the terms in the following license disclaimer of warranty, you should delete all copies of the software in your possession. The Shareware (Trial) versions are versions used without a valid Registration Key Code obtained from SAC Products. You are hereby licensed to use the Shareware (Trial) versions of the software for a maximum of 25 complete games. You may make copies of the Shareware (Trial) versions only and distribute them to anyone provided they are complete, unmodified copies as described in the distribution agreement. You may not distribute or share Registration Key Codes with anyone. You are specifically prohibited from collecting fees or requesting donations for the software other than reasonable distribution costs of duplication and distribution. "Hand & Foot Canasta" may be bundled with other software for redistribution providing they are exact copies of the original software including all supporting documents and files. Therefore you must agree to treat the software like any other copyrighted material except for distribution of exact copies as described in this license agreement. Larry G. Whitish or SAC Products or his heirs will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or distribution of this software by anyone beyond a refund of the $24.00 Registration fee, providing the fee was paid to SAC Products to Register the software by the claimant. Refunds do not include fees collected for mailing CD's to end users.
