By using the "Gunner" Software, you agree to and acknowledge the following: 1. All copyrights to "Gunner" are exclusively owned by the author - Peter Sokolov. 2. The rights to non-profit distribution of "Gunner" are granted to the following companies: CNET and TUCOWS Interactive Limited. 3. The "Gunner" program is distributed on a shareware basis. You are expected to use this program on your system and to thoroughly evaluate its usefulness and functionality before making a purchase. This "try before you buy" approach is the ultimate guarantee that the "Gunner" will perform to your satisfaction. 4. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use "Gunner" on one computer. You may not sublicense, rent, lease or transfer your personal registration key.
