比賽開始時，12張牌被放置在一個圓圈中形成基礎樁：球杆9，心10，黑桃J，鑽石Q，俱樂部K，心2，黑桃3，鑽石4，俱樂部5，心6，黑桃7，鑽石8。然後將剩餘的牌處理到 8 個 tableau 堆中，每張 5 張牌。遊戲的目的是把所有的牌到基礎樁，這是建立西裝和包裝從K到 A，如果必要的話。無論西裝如何，台樁也可以建下來。每次你可以移動一張卡從表堆，並把它放在基礎樁或另一個表堆。如果表堆變為空，您可以移動任何卡以填充空間。時鐘可能看起來複雜，但遊戲實際上是很容易贏得，因為有12個基礎樁移動到。在不太可能的情況下，你不能再移動卡，點擊放棄按鈕結束遊戲。移動到地基的牌越多，得分越高。
