CONSENT TO COLLECT INFORMATION; USE OF DATA The Software and Service may collect certain information that resides on your computer, including, without limitation, statistics relating to how often the product and tools are started and completed, performance metrics relating to the Software, and configuration settings. This information collected will be sent to PacketTrap Networks and may be used by PacketTrap Networks without restriction. PacketTrap Networks has the right to terminate this license if there is a violation of its terms or default by the Original Purchaser. Upon termination for any reason, all copies of the Software must be immediately returned to PacketTrap Networks, and the Original Purchaser shall be liable to PacketTrap Networks for any and all damages suffered as a result of the violation or default. ENTIRE RISK THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU THE PURCHASER.
