PacketTrap Networks has the right to terminate this license if there is a violation of its terms or default by the Original Purchaser. Upon termination for any reason, all copies of the Software must be immediately returned to PacketTrap Networks, and the Original Purchaser shall be liable to PacketTrap Networks for any and all damages suffered as a result of the violation or default.
