FLYING CUBE 2.0.1 END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT COPYRIGHT (c) 2000-2020 BY VITALIY LEVCHENKO SOFTWARE PLEASE READ CAREFULLY This EULA provides a license agreement between Vitaliy Levchenko Software ("Licensor") and you (person or organization) to use the Flying Cube product ("Software") and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers. By installing, copying, distributing or using the Software you accept and agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must cancel the installation or, if the Software already installed on your computer, promptly uninstall it. OWNERSHIP. You acknowledge and agree that the Software is a product of Vitaliy Levchenko Software. It protected under international copyright law. All copyrights are exclusively owned by Vitaliy Levchenko Software. LICENSE GRANT. The Software is free. You may install and use it for any legal purpose, which does not contradict the restrictions noted below. NO WARRANTIES. The Software is distributed "as is" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
