FLASH MOVIE PLAYER LICENSE AGREEMENT Flash Movie Player is freeware. This means that you can freely use this software at no charge provided you accept all of the terms contained in this License Agreement. LICENSE DEFINITIONS "Software" means all the Flash Movie Player software items supplied including programs, dictionaries, indexes, data files, help files, tutorial and sample programs, files, databases, forms and reports. Eolsoft ("Eolsoft") is the owner of the copyright and other rights in the Software and is, accordingly, the licensor of the Software.
