FirmTools RedEye Bot 1.0 End-User License Agreement THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR USE ONLY UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND BECOME A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, COPY OR OTHERWISE USE THE SOFTWARE. SOFTWARE TRIAL VERSION: The trial version has a limited functionality, but has no time limit on usage. You can not remove red eyes found on the photos in the trial version. To purchase a full version of that product and remove the trial limitations refer to “Software purchasing” section. RE-DISTRIBUTION OF SOFTWARE: THE PRODUCT UNREGISTERED TRIAL VERSION MAY BE FREELY DISTRIBUTED PROVIDED THE DISTRIBUTION PACKAGE IS NOT MODIFIED. WITH EXCEPTIONS NOTED BELOW: 1. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package without written permission of the copyright owner; 2. You may not remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the software; 3. While copying the software and transferring it to the third persons you shall transfer distribution package/installation files in original form without changing them in any ways. SOFTWARE PURCHASING: To purchase software you must complete the registration form (http://redeyebot.firmtools.com/order/) and send it, with registration fee, to our authorized e-commerce provider ShareIt. There are no additional license fees, apart from the cost of registration. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by FirmTools Ltd Software Company. Installing and using FirmTools RedEye Bot signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. LICENSE GRANT: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, FirmTools Ltd. grants Registered User a non-exclusive and non-transferable license only to: (a) install and use only for personal purposes one copy of the RedEye Bot on a single computer or(and) a personal laptop; (b) unlimitedly re-distribute product TRIAL version with exceptions noted below: RESTRICTIONS: Except as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement, Registered User may not: (a) reproduce or copy the registered version of RedEye Bot; (b) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the RedEye Bot; (c) redistribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise transfer rights to the RedEye Bot; (d) remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the RedEye Bot. A single license for the Software does not allow you to share the registered Software or use it on different computer(s). TERMINATION: Without prejudice to any other rights, FirmTools Ltd. Software Company may terminate this Agreement if Registered User breaches any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, Registered User shall destroy all copies of the Software. WARRANTY CONDITIONS: THE REDEYE BOT IS DISTRIBUTED AS COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE PRODUCT WITH ONLINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
