License Agreement Please read this document carefully. This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Bugoosoft Tech Co., Ltd, the developer of File Safe. This Agreement supersedes any prior version license and governs your use of the software. Bugoosoft Tech Co., Ltd exclusively owns all copyrights of File Safe. Anyone may use the trial version of File Safe for 16 times, and the trial version contain all functions of File Safe. To continue to use this software, you need to buy license. If the customers don''t buy license, they can’t continue to run the program until they get license. Once registered, the user is granted an exclusive license to use File Safe on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time. You need one license for one machine on which the program is installed. We do not allow one license for multiple machines, and it is illegal. The registered File Safe software may not be rented or leased but can be permanently transferred, if the person who receiving it agrees to the terms of this license. If the software is updated, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions. The File Safe trial version may be freely distributed, if the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of File Safe trial version without written permission from the copyright holder. File Safe IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
