License Agreement FREEWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT for eXtra Buttons IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Nikolaj Parshutin and Alex Skrypnyk about eXtra Buttons, which includes computer software and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE"). By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE. Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights for SOFTWARE. Except as otherwise provided herein, you, as an individual or an entity, may install and use copies of the SOFTWARE on an unlimited number of computers, including workstations, terminals or other digital electronic devices ("COMPUTERS"). The SOFTWARE is in "use" on a COMPUTER when it is loaded into temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into permanent memory (e.g., hard disk, CD-ROM, or other storage device) of that COMPUTER. 2. DESCRIPTION OF RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. a. Your rights as a user You may copy the SOFTWARE, provided that such copies contain all the original SOFTWARE contents and proprietary notices. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Nikolaj Parshutin and Alex Skrypnyk may terminate this EULA without notice you in case of fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA or in case of taking actions to illegally remove freeware limitations in any way and for any purpose.
