YOU MAY NOT: A. sublicense, rent or lease any portion of the Software; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of the Software, or create derivative works from the Software; B. use, if you received the software distributed on media containing multiple SoftMedia products, any SoftMedia software on the media for which you have not received a permission in a License Key; or C. use the Software in any manner not authorized by this license. The Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). SoftMedia and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities.
