END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: The End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Phillip Sassano for the software product accompanying this EULA. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, copy, or use the software. The SOFTWARE is protected by intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. a. This EULA grants you the right to install and use the SOFTWARE for 30 days. You must purchase a license for the SOFTWARE if you use the SOFTWARE for longer than 30 days. b. Documentation. The author grants you a nonexclusive royalty-free right to reproduce and distribute all or portions of the documentation accompanying the licensee SOFTWARE product, provided that you do not modify the documentation. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. a. Limitations on Reverese Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You many not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwishstanding this limitation. c. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, the author may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In this event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE. 3. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE, the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE are owned by Phillip Sassano. Some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
