BY DOWNLOADING OR INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED IN THIS AGREEMENT. ALL RIGHTS NOT SPECIFICALLY GRANTED WITHIN THIS AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE ARE RESERVED. The parties also agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the Central District Court of Pest or the City Court of Budapest (both located in Budapest, Hungary), depending on the value of the legal debates relating to the EULA. 6. COPYRIGHT The Product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. 7. TERMINATION If you wish to terminate this agreement, you may simply cease using the product and follow the uninstall instructions. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and your authorization to use the product at any time without cause.
