BY OPENING THE SEALED SOFTWARE PACKAGE AND/OR USING AND/OR DIGITALLY SIGNING THE SOFTWARE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. License Agreement This license grants the Licensee a limited, nonexclusive license that permits you to. 1. Install this software on ONE USB Flash Memory Drive, MP3 player or external hard disk. Licensee is not permitted to... 1. Make modifications to any portion of this software product. 2. Merge this software product or any portion of it into another program or product. 3. Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the software to a human-perceivable form. 4. Rent, lease, loan, distribute or create derivative works based in whole, or in part, upon the software. 5. Copy the software, except as an essential step in its use in conjunction with a USB Flash Memory Drive, MP3 Player or external hard disk as permitted above, or for backup or archival purposes. End User Support End user support for this software product and upgrades thereof is provided directly by CoSoSys. Please consult the user registration and upgrade materials included with the software documentation for further information. If Licensee has received the software as a full/unrestricted version via a third party such as an independent manufacturer, the end user support can also be provided in full or in part by the independent manufacturer. Copyright All intellectual property rights in the software product and end user documentation are owned by CoSoSys and are protected by Romanian copyright laws and international treaty provisions. CoSoSys retains all rights not expressly granted. Limited Software Warranty CoSoSys provides the software 'AS IS' and without any warranty except that the software will perform substantially in accordance with the documentation accompanying the software for a period of one year after your first download, installation or use of the software, whichever occurs first. CoSoSys' entire liability and your exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty shall be, at CoSoSys' option, either (i) return of the price paid by you for the software (if any); or (ii) repair or replacement of the software that does not meet the warranty set forth herein and that is returned to CoSoSys with a copy of your receipt. This limited warranty shall be void if failure of the software has resulted from any accident, abuse, misuse or wrongful application. Any replacement software will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
