End User License Agreement Easyboost Photo Print ™ - Free Demo & Trial Version IMPORTANT NOTICE This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between YOU as Licensee and TOOLMEDIAS for the Demo & Trial product identified above ("the Trial"). By installing, downloading, copying, or otherwise using the Trial, YOU agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If YOU do not agree to the terms of this EULA, promptly return the unused Trial or delete any copies of this Trial in your possession. The copyright in the Trial and its documentation is owned by TOOLMEDIAS. Subject to the terms of this EULA, YOU are granted a non-exclusive right for the duration of the EULA to use the Trial. YOU do not acquire ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights in any part of the Trial by virtue of this EULA. Your use of this Trial indicates your acceptance of this EULA and warranty. LICENSE GRANT TOOLMEDIAS SOFTWARE STUDIO ("TOOLMEDIAS ") grants you a non-exclusive license to test this Trial in Trial version, and any associated documentation ("The Trial"), as indicated herein.
