License Agreement for Easy Website Copier This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and SooftMoon Software for the software product identified above ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing or using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. 1. YOU MAY. SooftMoon Software grants you the following rights: * Install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in unlimited number of computers. * Distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in original form of self-installing executable. 2. YOU MAY NOT. You may not do any of the following: * Modify, reverse engineer or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in any way. 3. TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, SooftMoon Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA.
