The DayView.Net.dll software may not be used as part of any commercial application or project without paying the one off fee. The fee must be paid before you can supply the DayView.Net.dll as part of your commercial application or project royalty free. The one off royalty fee is due if the DayView.Net.dll is supplied as part of a suite of software that is charged for. The fee must be paid if the DayView .Net Component is used as part of an ActiveX. The one off fee entitles the Licencee to a non exclusive, world wide, perpetual licence to use the DayView .Net Component, which may not be sub-licenced or assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of April16. OWNERSHIP - The DayView .Net Component source is owned by April16, and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat DayView .Net Component like any other copyrighted material (i.e. a book or musical recording). OTHER RESTRICTIONS - You may not rent or lease the DayView .Net Component.
