User understands and agrees that the ability of CyberScrub LLC to acquire and provide Yearly Subscription updates to user is contingent on user having a valid Yearly Subscription in force. In the event that CyberScrub LLC is no longer able to provide such updates for any reason user shall hold CyberScrub LLC harmless and free from any chargeable action or recourse. Failure to provide Yearly Subscription updates shall not be a basis for any full or partial refund. The function and quantity of updates provided to user through the Yearly Subscription shall be at the sole discretion of CyberScrub LLC. ENCRYPTION SOFTWARE RESTRICTIONS BECAUSE OF THE CRYPTOGRAPHY ALGORITHMS IMPLEMENTED IN THE SOFTWARE, THE SOFTWARE IS REGARDED AS "ENCRYPTION SOFTWARE". THE U.S. GOVERNMENT CLASSIFIES ENCRYPTION SOFTWARE AS DANGEROUS MUNITIONS, AND RESTRICTS ITS EXPORT BY U.S. VENDORS.
