All Rights Reserved. http://www.3d-designer.com mailto: [email protected] This is a legal Agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Reinhard Epp Software, pertaining to the "use" of the shareware evaluation of CyberMotion 3D-Designer ("SHAREWARE"). The SHAREWARE is in "use" on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into permanent memory (e.g., a hard disk or other storage device) of that computer. You acknowledge that this SHAREWARE is copyrighted by Reinhard Epp Software, and is protected by German copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You must treat the SHAREWARE as you would any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording). You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the SHAREWARE. You are not obtaining title to the SHAREWARE or any copyright rights. Reinhard Epp Software retains title and ownership of the SHAREWARE. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SHAREWARE for any purpose.
