Restrictions. You agree that you will not modify, alter, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise translate the SOFTWARE, and that you will not sell the SOFTWARE. 3. Termination. This License Agreement is effective upon your clicking the "YES" button, as described above, and shall continue until terminated. This Agreement shall be terminated automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement may also be terminated at any time upon notice from YAMISOFT. Upon termination, you agree to destroy the SOFTWARE (and all copies thereof) and erase any copies residing on computer equipment. 4. No Warranties. Qualification. Some jurisdictions do not allow the provisions described in Section 4 or 5, so those limitations may not apply to you. This Agreement gives you specific legal rights and you may also have different or additional legal rights, depending on the applicable law in your jurisdiction. 7. Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute or controversy arising out of or relating thereto shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, excluding its conflicts of laws principles.
