This Software license agreement is a legal agreement between JophinK ("Licensor") and you ("you" or the "Licensee"), who is being licensed to use the CopyTexty (Software). By downloading, installing, copying, accessing or otherwise using the software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this license. If you do not agree to them, do not install, access or use the software. If you continue using the software, then you are deemed to have accepted the terms of this license. 1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement and payment of all applicable fees, JophinK hereby grants to you, as Licensee, a limited non-exclusive and, except as set forth in this agreement, a non-assignable and non-transferable, right to install and use the Software. 2. JophinK may have patents or pending patent applications, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights covering the Software. For Registrations you must complete the online registration form. Your rights to use Software will be limited as per the type of registration applied.
