This agreement is between you, the user of this software package named as 'Convert to iPod Suite', and the author. This software package consists of two separate softwares namely 'Convert Video to iPod'and 'Convert DVD to iPod' softwares. This agreement applies to all versions of this software package. By using this software package you indicate your acceptance of the license agreement. This software package and the accompany files are distributed 'AS-IT'. If you do not intend to or have not yet decided to honor this agreement, please exit now and remove this software package from your storage devices. The author exclusively owns all copyrights to this software package. All files pertaining to this software package inclusive of logo or graphics files are copyright protected. No program, code, part,image, audio sample, or text may be copied or used in any way by the user except as intended of the software package for the single user. The user of this software package will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the author against lawsuits, claims, costs associated with defense or accusations that may result from the use of this software package. The author is not responsible for any damages whatsoever, including any type of loss of information, interruption of business, personal injury and/or any damage or consequential damage without any limitation , incurred before, during or after the use of our products. Our only entire liability, without exception, is limited to the customers' reimbursement of the purchase price of the software package (maximum being the suggested retail price) in exchange for the return of the product, all copies, registration papers and manuals, and all materials that constitute a transfer of ownership from the customer back to the author. Each licensed copy of this software package may be used only in one single location by one user. Use of the software package implies that you have already loaded the program and run it or have installed the program onto a computer. If you install the software package onto a multi-user platform or network, each and every individual user of the software package must be licensed separately by a SITE license. You are entitled to make one copy of the licensed software package for personal backup purposes, providing you only have one copy installed on one computer being used by one person. Other users are not allowed to use your copy of this program. The user of this software package may not use or distribute for any unlawful purpose. Refund of the software package if approved by the author, will be made available only within 15 calendar days after the purchase of the software package. No refund will be given to the purchaser of this software package after 15 calendar days from the first day of purchase. The author reserve the right to refuse any refund of money to the purchaser. The sale of and or distribution of copies of this software package is strictly forbidden without the permission of the author. It is a violation of this agreement to loan, rent, lease, borrow, disassemble, reverse engineer or transfer the use of copies of this software package.
