Control Sheets 1.2 End User License Agreement This is a legally binding agreement between you and Aleksey Kurzenkov, the author of Control Sheets ("Software Product"). By installing and/or using this Software Product, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use this software! GRANT OF LICENSE. You are granted a non-exclusive right to use this Software Product in accordance with the terms contained in this Agreement. USE AND COPY. Starting with version 1.2 this Software Product is being distributed as Freeware. You may install and use this software without charge on any number of computers. It may be freely used, copied and distributed as long as it is not sold, and all original files are included, including this license. RESTRICTIONS. You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Product. The Software Product may not be sold or be included in a product or package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of the Software Product. You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by law) or create derivative works based upon the Software. You may not remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the Product. TERMINATION. This Agreement is effective until terminated. Upon termination you shall destroy all copies of the Software, including modified copies, if any. NO WARRANTIES. The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for the Software Product. The Software Product is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the Software Product remains with you. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
