You may use the SOFTWARE on any computer or network at any location, however, only You are the sole authorized user of the SOFTWARE and no others may use the SOFTWARE without purchasing additional licenses. You may not assign or transfer your rights to any person or entity. You may not modify the SOFTWARE or disable any licensing or control features of the SOFTWARE except as an intended part of the SOFTWARE's programming features. When you first obtain a copy of the SOFTWARE, you are granted a limited use license which permits you to evaluate the SOFTWARE but restricts certain aspects of the SOFTWARE. To remove these restrictions you must pay for the SOFTWARE full use license according to the terms and prices disclosed by the distributor. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property of LAD ENTERPRIZES, INC and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except as expressly set forth in this license. You agree that any copies of the SOFTWARE will contain the same proprietary notices which appear on and in the SOFTWARE. 4. REVERSE ENGINEERING. You agree that you will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, translate, disassemble or create derivative works based on the SOFTWARE in whole or in part. You may not allow access to the SOFTWARE available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider or similar business, not permit any one else to do so. Your rights hereunder automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any provision of this agreement.
