License Agreement 1. Important Notice This is a legal agreement between Gepsoft and you, the Licensee. By installing this software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the software and return it. 2. One Computer Gepsoft licenses this product for use on a single CPU only. You must obtain a licensed copy for each workstation, standalone or on a network, on which the product is used. 3. Ownership, Copyright, and Transfer All copies of Color Fitting are owned by Gepsoft or its suppliers and are protected by the copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You must treat Gepsoft software products as any other copyrighted material, except that you may make backups for archival purposes, provided that you have only one working copy at a time for each copy of the product licensed to you. You may not transfer, sublicense, rent, lease or assign any of the above license or any Gepsoft software. 4. Term and Termination You may terminate the above license at any time by returning or destroying all copies of Color Fitting in your possession and notifying Gepsoft. The above license will terminate immediately if you infringe upon Gepsofts copyrights or breach this agreement. 5. No Liability for Consequential Damages Neither Gepsoft nor its suppliers shall be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, business interruption or the like), arising out of the use or inability to use Color Fitting based on any theory of liability including breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if Gepsoft or its representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
