Freeware License Agreement 2009 Codyssey.com License Agreement: This is the Codyssey.com (Hereinafter Codyssey) Freeware Software License Agreement, which applies to Freeraser, and all other software products available for download from Codyssey website(s), unless labeled as something other than freeware. All software available for download via the Codyssey website(s) are copyright Codyssey unless otherwise stated. Copyright law protects this software program and any associated material. Codyssey retains title to and ownership in the copyright of the software program and the associated materials. This software is not provided as public domain software. Restrictions. Without prior written consent of Codyssey, Licensee may not: (i) modify or create any derivative works of the Product or documentation, including customization, translation or localization; (ii) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Product (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction); (iii) redistribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Product; (iv) remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the Product; or (v) publish any results of benchmark tests run on the Product to a third party.
