Last updated: December 24, 2011 This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to all of the products, services ("Products and Services") and Internet web site ("Site") offered by CodePorting. ("The Company"). "Intellectual Property Rights" means all present and future copyrights, trademark rights, service mark rights, trade secret rights, patent rights, moral rights, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights recognized in any jurisdiction. f. "License Year" means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the anniversary thereof for any calendar year that this Agreement is in effect. g. "Term" means the period commencing on the Effective Date and expiring on the date set forth in Section 9 of this Agreement. h. "Territory" means worldwide, except to the extent limited by U.S. export laws and the applicable import and export laws of foreign jurisdictions, as described in Section 10. i.
