Game is feature limited. The remainder window will be shown at predefined intervals. To use this program after the trial period you should register your copy. 2) Butterflight - Registration is required. This version supports different levels, saving results on disk, no remainder windows and other features disabled in the trial version. There are no time or function limitations of the program under this license. The goal of the trial period is to ensure that all the SOFTWARE PRODUCT functions are as advertized. By registering this PRODUCT you certify that you are satisfied with the PRODUCT features. All claims concerning your inability to use the PRODUCT, except those related to the registration procedure itself, are to be laid before the purchase. The following applies to all the licensing schemes: (a) Software Installation and Use. You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer, including a workstation, terminal or other digital electronic device ("COMPUTER"). (b) Storage/Network Use. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be installed, accessed, displayed, run, shared or used concurrently on or from different computers, including a workstation, terminal or other digital electronic device ("Devices"). (c) Back-up Copy. You may create a single back-up copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for archival purposes. UPGRADES. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is labeled as an upgrade, you must be properly licensed to use a product identified by Manufacturer as being eligible for the upgrade in order to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT ("Eligible Product"). For the purpose of upgrade products only, "HARDWARE" shall mean the computer system or computer system component with which you received the Eligible Product. A SOFTWARE PRODUCT labeled as an upgrade replaces and/or supplements the Eligible Product which came with the HARDWARE. You may use the resulting upgraded product only in accordance with the terms of this EULA and only with the HARDWARE. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade of a component of a package of software programs that you licensed as a single product, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be used and transferred only as part of that single product package and may not be separated for use on more than one computer. 3. COPYRIGHT. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any source and executable code, images, data, animations, video, audio, text and "applets," incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, are owned by the Icestone Trustee Limited or its suppliers. At any time, you can order a registration-key which will add features to the software and remove the advertising. This address will in no event be used for any other purpose save herein stated without your explicit permission. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
