All rights in the product including License Agreement Number, copyrights, licensing rights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, design rights, engineering rights, moral rights, and any other intellectual property rights belong to SofteX+ and is protected by Canadian copyright laws and international treaty provisions. These rights are not transferred as part of this agreement. Evaluation and Registration This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software after the 30-day evaluation period, a registration fee is required. When payment is received you will be sent a registration key code to register the Pro version of your software. Unregistered use of software after the evaluation period is in violation of Canada and international copyright laws. No Warranty There is no Limited Warranty or product support for unregistered users of the Software.
