Development License ------------------- BigSpeed Computing grants Licensee the non-exclusive license to use the software on a single computer at any given time or the sole purpose of developing any number of end user applications that operate in conjunction with the software. Only a Licensee that is authorized may use the software for a period longer than 30 days after the date the software was first installed on any computer at Licensees premises. If Licensee is authorized and has purchased a "multi-developer" license, the software may be used on more than one computer at Licensees premises by the number of software developers associated with the multi-developer license. If Licensee is authorized and has purchased a "site" license, the software may be used by any number of software developers on any number of computers in one physical building at Licensees premises. Distribution of Evaluation Version ---------------------------------- The BigSpeed File Sharing Library unregistered evaluation version, may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of BigSpeed File Sharing Library without written permission from the copyright holder. Distribution of Registered Version ---------------------------------- Registered users may distribute the registered version of BigSpeed File Sharing Library with their own applications without royalty.
