License agreement DataApples, Inc. - Beyond Remote VERSION 2.x END-USER LICENSE You may use this software only as described in this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, do not install or use the software. 1. SOFTWARE. The capitalized term "Software" used below refers to Beyond Remote Version 2.x, any updates to the software, any supplemental code provided to you by DataApples, Inc., the user manual, any associated software components, any related media and printed materials, and any "online" or electronic documentation. 2. GRANT OF NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE. Beyond Remote may be used for free during the free thirty (30) day trial period. All users must purchase a license after the thirty (30) day trial has elapsed. To pay the license fee and register your copy, go to http://www.dataapples.com. During the evaluation period, you may use the Software on as many different computers as you like, but you may not transfer the Software to anyone else. Upon enabling the registered copy, you may use the Software on that number of computers for which you have paid a separate license fee as indicated on our invoice, and the primary user of each computer for which you have paid a separate license fee may use the Software on his or her portable computer. You may also make one copy of the Software for backup or archival purposes. Otherwise, you may not copy the registered Software in whole or in part.
