SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT Barnarda Clock Screensaver Copyright (c) 2004-2006 Clockness.com All Rights Reserved DEFINITIONS This document is a legal agreement (the "AGREEMENT") between you ("LICENSEE"), the end-user, and Clockness.com ("AUTHOR"), for the use of the Barnarda Clock Screensaver software product ("SOFTWARE"). IMPORTANT CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. IF YOU NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.
