SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights: 1).Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the TRIAL SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 2).Reproduction and Distribution. You may not transfer your rights under this license. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. 1).Limitations on Components and Source Code. You may distribute the runtime packages with your end-user applications. You must not distribute the library in such a way that it allows direct programmatic access to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or such that it competes with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in any way - this library is intended for inclusion in end user products. You may not publish or otherwise expose the licensed source code outside of your organization whatsoever.
