ASOFTECH SOFTWARE LICENSE IMPORTANT -- READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE: This License Agreement for AutoMe ("License Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and asoftech. (the "Company") regarding the use of Company's software and/or its associated documentation(the "Software"). By clicking on the "Accept" button, installing, copying or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, click on the "Cancel" button and/or do not install the Software. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM ACKNOWLEDGES THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 1. This Agreement permits you to use one copy of the specified version of the Software, for internal purposes only, on only one computer, and only by one user, at a time. If you have purchased multiple licenses for the Software, then at any time you may have as many copies of the Software in use as you have licenses. The Software is "in use" on a computer when it is loaded into the temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into the permanent memory (e.g., hard disk, CD-ROM, or other storage device) of that computer. We reserve all rights not expressly granted herein. 2. You are not allowed to: (1) modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based upon the Software or Documentation; (2) copy the Software or Documentation (except for back-up purposes); (3) resell, lease, transfer, rent, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software or Documentation; (4) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software or Documentation. (5) The copy of software user received are not allowed to be transferred to or used by any other person. This license does not grant you any right to any enhancements or updates to the Software, nor any support services. 3. The Software is owned by Company and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Title, ownership, rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software and Documentation shall remain in NewDigitalSoft, Inc. The copyright laws of United States and international copyright treaties protect the Software. Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the content accessed through the Software including the content contained in the Software media demonstration files shall be retained by the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other law. This license gives you no rights to such content. 4. Disclaimer of warranty: This software is provided "as is" and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of of merchantablity and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall the agents or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if adviced of the possibility of such damage.
